Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are satisfied with our products! But if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, simply return the package within 14 days of receiving your item, we make no exceptions if the 14-day period has passed, and we will be happy to offer you a refund.

Placing a return is done by filling in the form at the bottom of the page. (Your order number can be found in the initial confirmation email received after placing the order)

Once the form is completed, an automatic order is placed in the system to the courier company GLS, which will come to pick up your package. Customers can not return the packages by other methods than through our courier company. The package will be picked up, without the need for a payment from you. Couriers come to pick up the package within 1-2 working days from placing the return order to them.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs (which are paid after the package has returned to our possession) and for obtaining the tracking information of the returned package, as the company La Tessitura is not responsible for lost returns.

Please fill in the attached return form with the information necessary to identify and reimburse it, if applicable.

The cost of a return for exchange or refund is 20Ron + VAT.

Regulation for Returns or Reimbursement of the value of products:

Any product that has signs of wear, broken, used and without the original labels attached and does not comply with the return policy La Tessitura will be rejected and the product will be sent back to the customer.

Packages received from customers who are not in the original packaging incur an additional cost of packaging, as appropriate.

Discounted products cannot be returned, but exchanged with another product.

Reimbursement of the value of the products:

The products must be returned unused, unwashed, with original labels attached to the product, attention, in the boxes in which they were sent.

Any product that has signs of wear, broken, used and without the original labels attached and does not comply with the return policy La Tessitura will be rejected and the product will be sent back to the customer.

We cannot offer a refund on damaged products of any kind that are not in the original boxes.

Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the amount purchased.

Refunds are in the form of an initial payment, please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be sent to your account or the package changed.

Reimbursement of the value of the returned product is made exclusively by bank transfer, the consumer assuming the obligation to send an IBAN code and the account holder, in LEI. We do not refund shipping costs initially paid by our customers.

La Tessitura guarantees that the products are free of any manufacturing defects for the first 14 days, as long as you follow our package care instructions. By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all shipping and return policies, terms and conditions.

Once they are sent to you, orders cannot be canceled. For any changes to your order, please let us know by email: office@latessitura.eu

Please note that costs, customs duties or initial charges are not refundable. International orders can only be returned for a refund, not for exchanges.
