Returns and exchanges
If you wish to return or change a LATESSITURA article you have 14 calendar days after delivery by filling in the form at the bottom of the page.
Return Policy
- LATESSITURA products must be returned unworn, unused, in the original boxes and packaging.
- Products must be returned with the original labels intact and attached to the product.
NOTE: Removing the labels is proof of using of the product; in this case, the product can no longer be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returned products that do not meet the mentioned return conditions.
- In case of receiving an exchange/return not in accordance with the mentioned policy, fees may be applied for the product to return to its original form (Fees can reach the total value of the product).Please try on the products purchased carefully and return them on the same condition.
Exchange
- After receiving and verifying the return, the exchange with the product mentioned in the email received from the customer is sent within a maximum of 14 working days.
Reinbursement
- Once the return has been received and accepted, the refund is made within 14 working days from the same platform that the payment was made(EuPlatesc/Stripe/Paypal), in the account linked to the card used for payment.
- Not refundable: transport fees, customs duties, bank fees, currency differences or other fees, as appropriate.
- Return shipping fee: 25 RON (Romania), processed with GLS curier.
- Exchange shipping fee: 18 RON (Romania), processed with GLS curier.
- For international shipping costs for an exchange/a return, processed with DHL Express,please complete the form displayed below and we will provide you a quotation.
LATESSITURA ensures that the products are free of any manufacturing defects for the first 14 calendar days, as long as you follow the care instructions in the package.
