Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are happy with our products! But if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, simply mail off your return within 10 days of receiving your item , no exceptions, and we will be happy to offer you a refund.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as La Tessitura is not responsible for any lost/missing returns. Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same style only.Once we receive your returned item, we will refund you the purchased amount . Refunds are in the form of original payment, please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent out. The cost of a returned package for an exchange or reimburse is 20Ron+VAT.
We don't refund original shipping charges.All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags, stickers, folded in its original box.Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with La Tessitura’s return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packagingLa Tessitura guarantees its clothing to be free from manufacturing defect for the first 10 days as long as you follow our care instructions. By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions.Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled, however returns can still be made.
Please be aware that original shipping costs and duties and taxes are non-refundable.
